Terms of Service

By using FantasyMVP, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Fantasy analysis, not a guarantee

FantasyMVP provides statistical projections, rankings and decision-support tools. Predictions can be wrong and player availability, injuries, lineups, schedules and other inputs can change. You remain responsible for your fantasy decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not attempt to access another user's private account, league or billing information.

Pro subscriptions

FantasyMVP Pro is a recurring subscription at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Stripe processes payment. Subscription management and cancellation are available through the billing-management link in your Account page. Cancellation timing and access through the current paid period are reflected by the subscription state shown in your account.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, probe or bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, misuse provider connections, copy protected service components, or use FantasyMVP in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform terms.

Availability

The service may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Features, data sources and supported fantasy providers may change as the product develops.

Intellectual property and third parties

FantasyMVP's original software, branding and product presentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Player, league, team and provider names or data may belong to their respective owners. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms.
